Your investment for the Culture Shock Golf Weekend includes comprehensive, weekend-long photography coverage,  post-production editing, expedited gallery delivery, and all travel. Every detail has been designed to ensure a seamless experience and a timeless collection of images that capture the essence of your event.

• 3 DAY EVENT COVERAGE: 14 hours of event photography coverage through the weekend
  • 8/28- 8-10 PM The Puttery
  • 8/29- 11-7 PM Harborside International Golf Course
  • 8/30- 2:30-4:30 PM The Green // 11-1 AM- Fame Nightclub 
 • Premium late-night coverage 
. 10 Highlight Images delivered the morning after each outing
. 30+ HOURS OF POST PROCESSING/ EDIT TIME
• Rush delivery: FULL edited gallery within 1 week OF EVENT. Large preview monday following the event.

CUSTOM QUOTE FOR CULTURE SHOCK GOLF WEEKEND/ FIRST TEE EVENT

All packages include shoot, editing, & travel time, a 90-day online web gallery of a minimum of 500+ high-resolution edited images, full printing and sharing rights, A preview gallery within 24 hours of the event, & a licensing fee to use photos however your company wants.

  • Second Photographer (Harborside Tournament): Dedicated additional coverage during the golf outing to capture every angle and key moment.

  • Drone Aerial Imagery: 5–10 professionally captured and edited aerial images highlighting the golf course and event atmosphere.

  • Rapid Turnaround Previews: 10 highlight images delivered after each event for next day use. A curated preview gallery of 75+ images delivered the following Monday.

  • Final Gallery Delivery: 500+ fully edited, high-resolution images delivered within 1 week.

  • Professional Post-Production: 30+ hours of detailed editing, including color correction, tonal adjustments, and image curation for consistency and polish.

  • Online Gallery Access: Private gallery link active for 90 days with unlimited sharing, downloads, and print rights for organizers, sponsors, and guests.

NEXT STEPS TO BOOK ME FOR YOUR EVENT:

  1. GET ON THE SAME PAGE

    I want you to feel confident in having me as your photographer! We can jump on a phone call, or meet in person if possible & get the specifics of what your company or event needs. I can also build custom packages based on your exact wants and budget.

2. SIGN CONTRACT & PAY DEPOSIT

After deciding the coverage you need, I will send over a brief contract for you to view and sign. I require a NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DOWN PAYMENT with your signed contract to reserve your event on my schedule. The remaining balance is due prior to the event or day of if you prefer a check. Payments are accepted via Zelle, Chase Quick pay, Paypal, Stripe, or check.

3. PLAN MARKETING MATERIAL

Once you are booked, feel free to send me shot lists, vendor lists, or any other important marketing details you are hoping to get out of photo coverage from me! I will always refer to this list through the event to make sure everything you need is captured!
